Face Lift

If you are bothered by signs of aging in your face, facelift surgery may be right for you. During facelift we can improve visible signs of aging in the face and neck, such as:

  • Sagging in the midface
  • Deep creases below the lower eyelids
  • Deep creases along the nose extending to the corner of the mouth
  • Fat that has fallen down or is displaced
  • Loss of muscle tone in the lower face resulting in jowls
  • Loose skin and excess fatty deposits under the chin and jaw or a double chin appearance

A facelift can only be performed surgically; non-surgical rejuvenation treatments especially thread lifts are not recommended due to the high rate of complications and absence of scientific evidence of efficacy. The most recent advancement in this surgery is what we call MACS lift where limited areas are treated during the surgery to achieve the full results with minimal swelling and downtime. With this MACS lift the down time is 2 weeks at the maximum and the most important feature is a natural but young looking facial look unlike the wind tunnel appearance of the traditional facelifts.
